Job summary

Hyatt Place Al Ula is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Stewarding to support its opening. In this role, you will supervise all stewarding operations while ensuring the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen and F&B back-of-house areas.

Your responsibilities include coordinating daily stewarding activities, guiding team members for efficient workflow, and conducting inspections to confirm compliance with hygiene standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stewarding operations within hotels or large F&B establishments.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation procedures, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding activities across all kitchen and F&B outlets.
• Ensure proper cleaning, washing, and sanitation of kitchen utensils, equipment, and service ware.
• Monitor dishwashing operations to maintain hygiene and operational standards.
