Job summary

GDC Middle East is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to manage the SSA warehouse stock, oversee receiving and storage, and ensure accurate inventory records across the facility.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, coordination with vendors and internal teams to optimize inventory levels, and preparation of monthly reports. Experience with warehouse systems and DoD/local regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer supply chain management including requisition and inventory of materials and staff supervision.
• Prepare and maintain required forms, records, correspondence, reports, and files; ensure proper documentation for accuracy; meet on-time metrics.
• Maintain 100% accountability of all supplies and supply records assigned to the warehouse.
• Achieve ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution of materials.
• Manage the organization’s forecast planning function using inventory levels, production lead time, and demand level; coordinates with vendors and customers to determine optimal inventory levels.
• Assist with daily warehousing operations including receiving, material handling, transport of materials, and coordination with other departments.
• Adhere to policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of materials.
• Control disposal/recycling of items beyond economical repair IAW DoD and local regulations.
• Utilize system to generate reports and interpret results.
• Unload/upload of incoming/outgoing inventory from trucks; stock inventory to warehouse locations; pull inventory for issue to customers; and operate material handling equipment.
• Follow policies and procedures for inventory handling; perform inventory cycle counts; research missing parts and assign to correct locations.
• Other duties as required.
• Performs within broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods; input to Warehouse Supervisor to assist with goals and objectives.

Job requirements:

Responsible for inventory management of the SSA warehouse. Performs Logistics/Supply Chain Management duties related to

equipment/facilities, equipment/parts ordering, establishing reorder levels, receipt tracking. Assist with shipping repair and return items,

monthly inventory reports, stock level tracking, forecast and optimization, and warehouse transactions and quantities in the system.
