Snoonu in Oman is seeking a Senior Commercial Coordinator to support acquisition and account management teams, ensuring contracts and partner details are handled with precision and speed. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a coordination, commercial support, or operations role in a fast-paced or tech environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and comfortable working with data and trackers.
• A proactive team player who takes ownership and follows through without needing to be chased.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in managing partner relationships, contract documentation, and onboarding processes end to end.
• Coordinate between acquisition, content, operations, and finance teams to ensure signed brands are activated on the platform without delays.
• Maintain and update the brand tracker, pipeline reports, and status dashboards on a daily basis.
• Follow up with AMs/Acquisition on pending documents, NOCs, banking details, and contract signatures.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and partner communications.
• Organize and minute commercial meetings, retraining sessions, and partner review calls.

What You'll Get Your Hands On
