Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts, service coordination, or HVAC aftersales operations.
• Experience in HVAC service or spare parts business is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts business operations for timely availability.
• Process spare parts transactions in SAP including sales orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service job completion.

Skills

Technical background (Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC)

Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Good English communication skills

Strong multitasking and coordination skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering
