Job summary

Siemens Mobility is recruiting a Site EHS Officer in Oman to lead health, safety, and environmental matters on the assigned project sites. You will ensure compliance with EHS principles, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions while maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

The role requires NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, practical PTW experience, and strong communication skills in English. Oman-based with potential travel between project locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Omani nationality is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment.
• Certifications in NEBOSH IGC and IOSH Managing Safely preferred.
• Lead Auditor certifications in ISO 45001/ISO 14001 considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for Health, Safety, and Environmental matters at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with EHS principles, project requirements, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements across the project.
• Prepare detailed EHS reports and maintain performance records.
• Monitor subcontractor EHS performance and coordinate with managers.
