Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Product Genius for a premier EV automotive showroom in Saudi Arabia. You will be the product expert, helping customers understand vehicle features, technology, connectivity, and ownership while guiding them through discovery to deliver a premium experience.

You will present vehicles, demonstrate capabilities, assist with configuration and EOI, and maintain CRM records. Strong communication, Arabic and English proficiency, and 2–4 years in automotive customer-facing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer experience and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in the showroom.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Explain vehicle features, safety systems, connectivity, and charging solutions.
• Guide customers through vehicle models, trims, options, accessories, and personalization choices.
• Assist customers with online account registration and vehicle configuration.
• Assist customers in completing the Expression of Interest (EOI) process.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Support showroom events, product launches, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Stay up to date with new product launches, market trends, and competitor offerings.
