Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Consultant in Oman to lead a major ServiceNow transformation. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in GRC, SecOps, and IRM while working in a multi-provider environment to drive governance and compliance initiatives.

Your key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules, configuring risk frameworks, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Strong experience with functional design and Agile delivery is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC, SecOps, and IRM.
• Proven track record in functional design and process transformation.
• Hands-on experience with policies, controls, risk assessments, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and optimisation of GRC, SecOps, and Business Continuity modules.
• Designing and configuring risk frameworks, policies, controls, and audit processes.
• Delivering Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and continuity planning workflows.
