Job summary

DWT Technology is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to join our technology team in Saudi Arabia on an initial 6-month extendable contract basis. You will design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow ITSM workflows and collaborate with clients to implement incident, problem, change, and request management while ensuring high service availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience leading workshops with stakeholders and translating requirements into workflows.
• Arabic communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory for effective engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITSM in an on-site environment.
• Administer Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management workflows.
• Design integrations with third-party enterprise tools and monitoring systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs and automations.
• Ensure ITIL best practices are followed and support post-implementation adoption.
