Job summary

Zoomlion Oman in Muscat is seeking a proactive maintenance technician for heavy equipment. You will inspect, repair, and overhaul mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on excavators, bulldozers and related machinery, perform on-site service, and ensure safety and compliance.

You will coordinate with customers, provide technical support, manage spare parts flow and support central warehouse processes while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate or relevant college diploma holder (Automotive preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in the same industry.
• Experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment preferred (Excavators, Bulldozers, Skid Steer Loader).

Responsibilities

• Find, adjust, repair or overhaul mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Carry out periodic maintenance on heavy machinery such as excavators and bulldozers.
• Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper function.
• Provide technical support to customers and maintain client relations.
• Ensure work safety and compliance with regulations.
• On-site fault handling and rapid service response.
• Manage central warehouse order processing and distribution planning.
• Oversee regional spare parts sales and payments.
• Train and guide service system usage and collect service data.
• Inspect and manage inventory of vehicles and new machine receiving.

Job description

• Responsible to find out, adjust, repair or overhaul the mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Carry out periodic maintenance of the heavy equipment machinery like Excavators, Bulldozer, Skid Steer Loader, etc.
• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper functioning and compliance
• Provide technical support to customers and maintain amicable client relations
• Ensure that work is undertaken in a safe manner and that practices conform to safety regulations and procedures
• Prompt action on calling for service implementation - On-site fault handling, rapid response to client service, field service
• Central warehouse order processing management
• Follow on regular distribution order plan once issued
• Regional spare parts sales and payment management
• Training and guidance for the service system
• Collection and inspection of service data
• Inventory vehicle management with new machine receiving inspection
• Spare parts organization, shipping, quality assurance, used spare parts management

Other Requirements:

• Graduate or a relevant college diploma holder (preferably in Automotive)
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in same industry
• Candidates with experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Excavators, Bulldozer, Skid Steer Loader) industry will be preferred, familiarity with local region
