Walker Lovell is seeking a Shift Service Engineer in Muscat, Oman, to lead maintenance and repair activities for underground mining equipment. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in maintaining heavy mobile equipment.

This site-based leadership role offers significant operational visibility and opportunities to mentor technicians while ensuring maximum fleet availability and reliability in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Supervise and develop technicians, providing technical leadership, coaching, and skills development
• Partner with operations, planning teams, and OEM representatives to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance
