G-NIUS | Powered by Goodman Masson in Oman seeks an experienced valuation specialist to price marine vessels, aircraft and related assets and to build robust financial models for decision-making.

The role requires IFRS 13 and IVS/RICS Red Book compliance, strong English communication, and occasional asset inspections. You will present findings to internal committees, lenders and regulators with meticulous reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of direct valuation experience, focused on transportation assets.
• Strong modelling skills (DCF, sensitivity, LTV waterfalls) and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with valuation platforms or databases is highly desirable.
• Report-writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed valuations of marine vessels, aircraft and specialist vehicles.
• Build and maintain DCF models, market multiples and LTV monitoring frameworks.
• Track asset values and LTV ratios over each deal's life.
• Review valuation reports prepared by external appraisers.
• Conduct market research from broker reports and industry surveys.
• Establish relationships with appraisal firms for reports and market intel.
• Prepare valuation reports and presentations for committees, lenders and regulators.
• Ensure IFRS 13, IVS/RICS Red Book compliance.
• Coordinate with deal teams to gather required data.
• Occasionally perform on-site inspections of assets.
