Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in ticketing operations, preferably within the live events, sports, or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ticketing operations and driving revenue growth.
• Expertise in ticketing systems (e.g., Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, proprietary platforms) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire ticketing lifecycle from initial sales strategy to post-event reconciliation ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Develop and implement innovative ticketing strategies to maximize revenue and optimize inventory allocation across various sales channels.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing ticketing operations team fostering a culture of efficiency accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Establish robust operational processes and controls to prevent fraud manage inventory and ensure data integrity.
