Human Resources Services LLC is seeking a senior professional to lead ticketing operations in Muscat, Oman. You will oversee the entire lifecycle from sales strategy to post-event reconciliation, ensuring seamless customer experiences and optimized inventory across channels.

The role demands extensive experience in ticketing operations in live events, sports, or entertainment, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage CRM platforms and major ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in ticketing operations, preferably within the live events, sports, or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ticketing operations and driving revenue growth.
• Expertise in ticketing systems (e.g., Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, proprietary platforms) and CRM software.
