Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies is seeking a Project Technical Lead to steer end-to-end technical implementation of an Enterprise Payment Hub (EPH) across the bank. You will coordinate with system integrators, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, high availability, security and performance of payment flows.

You will own technical design, build, testing and go-live, lead SOC/security reviews, and drive SWIFT CBPR+/ISO 20022 transformations for ACH/RTGS/Instant payments with ESB

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in deploying and leading an Enterprise Payment Hub/ SWIFT ISO 20022 implementations.
• Experience translating regulatory and operational requirements into detailed technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical deliveries across design, build, testing and go-live.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border payments ecosystems and real-time/batch integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single technical authority for the EPH project and own all technical executions.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into concrete technical designs and configurations.
• Lead and supervise integrations for ACH, RTGS, GCC RTGS, Instant Payments, and SWIFT CBPR+/GO APIs.
• Ensure ISO 20022 message mappings, MT/MX transformations, and compliance with Central Bank/SWIFT standards.
• Oversee real-time and batch integrations with Core Banking via ESB/middleware and ensure security reviews and audits.
