Job summary

TAT IT Technologies is seeking a Project Technical Lead for Enterprise Payments & SWIFT to drive end-to-end technical implementation of an Enterprise Payment Hub for a banking client in Oman.

You will coordinate with vendors, SI partners, and internal teams to ensure compliant, secure, and high-availability payment processing across ACH, RTGS, and cross-border networks, including SWIFT CBPR+ and ISO 20022.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years in hands-on technical experience in payments Systems (Domestic and Cross Border – SWIFT, RTGS, ACH)
• 3-5 years as Technical Lead in banking payments systems projects.
• Proven delivery of at least one full Enterprise Payment Hub or SWIFT/ISO 20022 implementation in Technical Lead role with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single technical authority for the EPH project.
• Own all technical executions across design, build, configurations, testing and go-live.
• Translate business, regulatory and operational requirements to detailed technical solutions.
• Lead and execute technical delivery for ACH, RTGS, GCC RTGS, Instant Payments integrations.
• Lead and execute technical delivery for SWIFT CBPR+, SWIFT GO, SWIFT API Integrations.
• Define and validate ISO 20022 Message Structure and MT/MT transformations.
• Ensure Central Bank and SWIFT compliance for all payment flows.
• Lead real-time and batch integration between EPH and Core Banking through ESB.
