Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment seeks an experienced Site Manager for major renewable energy projects in Duqm/Mahot, Oman. You will lead on-site construction, coordinate EPC contractors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance, and report to the Project Manager.

The role requires 10–15 years in construction or energy with 5–7 years direct site experience in renewables, and proven leadership on large-scale projects. This position is site-based in a demanding desert environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of professional experience in construction, energy or large-scale projects.
• 5–7 years of direct site experience in renewable energy projects.
• Proven experience supervising site works for utility-scale renewables and EPC contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site execution for renewable projects above 200 MW.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA activities on site.
• Supervise EPC contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and interface logs.
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager and implement corrective actions.
• Lead toolbox talks, look-ahead planning and site coordination meetings.
