Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a Construction Manager in Oman, responsible for overseeing civil engineering on a Wind Turbine Manufacturing Factory project in Duqm. This role requires client-side technical oversight and coordination with the General Contractor to ensure compliance with project specifications.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure projects. Prior experience in Oman or GCC countries is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in a client-side or Consultant role.
• Strong background in overseeing General Contractor civil works.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Client's on-site civil engineering representative.
• Review and comment on civil designs and method statements.
• Monitor civil works compliance with project requirements.
