Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Senior Service Engineer for its Oman office to install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites. You will lead technical support across an assigned territory and coordinate installations and training.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of field service in medical devices, a biomedical/electrical/mechanical/IT degree, a valid driver’s license, and fluent Arabic and English. Travel and face-to-face interviews are required.

Qualifications

• Nationality: Omani National (Omanization)
• Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, IT or related field required.
• Driver’s license required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

Responsibilities

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Senior Service Engineer for their Oman office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Lead technical support activities across an assigned territory.
• Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently.
• Support service revenue through Service Agreements, preventive maintenance and spare parts.
• Coordinate installations, training and service resources.
• Maintain technical documentation, tools and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated.
• Mentor and support Service Engineers with technical repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor service performance and support the achievement of service targets.

Experience Required:

• Proven work experience in the country where the role is based.
• Candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered.
• Minimum 5 years’ field service experience within medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.

Education Qualifications:

• Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Driver’s license required.
