Job summary

Tanqeeb is actively recruiting a senior service engineer for our Oman office to install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites. You will lead technical support activities across an assigned territory and resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires a degree in biomedical/electrical/electronics/mechanical engineering or IT, with at least 5 years of field service experience in medical devices or life sciences, and a willingness to travel for on-site support.

Qualifications

• Omani nationals preferred.
• Degree in biomedical, electronics, electrical, mechanical engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ field service experience within medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
• Willingness to travel as needed for on-site customer support.
• Driver’s license required.
• Excellent Arabic and English is a must.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Lead technical support activities across an assigned territory.
• Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently.
• Support service revenue through service agreements, preventive maintenance and spare parts.
• Coordinate installations, training and service resources.
• Maintain technical documentation, tools and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated.
• Mentor and support service engineers with technical repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor service performance and support the achievement of service targets.
