Job summary

Tawteen is seeking a senior leader to design and advance the bank's SME Development Program and related initiatives. You will drive financing, advisory, mentoring, and capacity-building solutions to grow SMEs, onboard high-potential businesses, and coordinate with partners to execute programs effectively.

The role emphasizes performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and development of strategic SME initiatives that enhance impact, scalability, and long-term value for the SME ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in SME banking or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SME banking products, credit analysis, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in leading teams and developing business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the SME Development Program framework and value proposition.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of SME development programs and initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential SMEs based on predefined criteria.
• Collaborate with internal departments, regulators and industry stakeholders to support objectives.
• Monitor program performance, prepare management reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
