The ideal candidate has experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to drive measurable improvements using flow metrics. A relevant degree or certifications like CSM, PSM, or SAFe are preferred.

Coach the teams building a national platform to deliver fast and sustainably, removing blockers, sharpening flow, and growing genuine agile maturity across many squads.

We are hiring a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach, on site in Muscat, to help our delivery teams ship faster and better.

What you'll do

Coach teams to flow: run the ceremonies, clear the blockers, and grow real agile maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more delivery squads, and coach them to high performance
• Facilitate the ceremonies that matter: planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and shield teams from disruption so they can focus and deliver
• Coach product owners and teams on backlog health, estimation, and a sustainable pace
• Improve flow with metrics: velocity, cycle time, and predictability, and act on what they show
• Grow agile maturity across teams, and help scale agile across multiple squads
• Foster continuous improvement, psychological safety, and honest retrospectives
• Partner with project and programme management to align agile delivery with the wider plan

• You use flow metrics to drive improvement, not vanity reporting
• You have helped scale agile across multiple teams, and you are pragmatic, not dogmatic
• You hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience; CSM, PSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus
• You read team dynamics well, and you build trust and safety
• Bonus points for coaching at scale, in government, or in regulated delivery
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a valuable advantage
