Job summary

Techstack is building an AI-powered platform for skills training and development with NLP search and in-house AI models. You will work on full-stack development across Ruby, Python, and TypeScript, delivering complex features end-to-end in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

You will collaborate with senior and staff engineers, drive release management, and ensure RTL-ready UI in a React-based PWA while growing with the team and shaping the engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of web development experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience reading/writing frontend apps (TypeScript/React).
• Proven collaboration with external client stakeholders and technical leaders.
• Experience with scalable architectures and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architectural planning, and delivery of features end-to-end.
• Architect scalable, secure back-end with a full-stack team (Ruby, Python, TypeScript).
• Drive release management, CI/CD improvements, and PostgreSQL performance tuning.
• Elevate engineering standards via code reviews and architecture guidance.
• Interface with customer teams for integrations and requirements.
• Ensure fully localized RTL layouts in the React PWA.
• Write API documentation for new and existing features.
• Build integrations with LLMs, in-house AI models, and vector databases.
• Mentor and scale the engineering organization; participate in hiring.
