Job summary

Gender is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications across front-end and back-end layers. The role emphasizes ERP integration, process automation, and AI-driven enhancements within ADC operations.

The candidate will lead deployment activities, enforce IT security policies, and drive modernization with AI tools and low-code solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Full Stack Development Certification; Microsoft/Oracle certifications.
• 5+ years experience in full stack development.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise applications and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable full stack software architectures that align with enterprise standards and long-term technical strategy.
• Design and deliver responsive front-end interfaces and resilient back-end services for seamless user experience and interoperability.
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems, business platforms, and internal applications.
• Architect and implement secure, optimized, and scalable solutions with data integrity and performance in mind.
• Participate in system enhancements, performance tuning, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and validate functional requirements.
• Lead and support deployment activities, version control practices, and post-release system monitoring.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI-based tools, low-code platforms, and automation solutions.
