Job summary

gu-recruitment seeks a senior Resource Reporting & Compliance Manager to own Mineral Resource/Ore Reserve estimates across multi‑commodity projects from exploration to feasibility. You will lead a technical team and interface with investors, partners, and regulators.

The role demands CP/QP credentials and deep knowledge of JORC, NI 43‑101, and SAMREC, with a track record in multi‑commodity resource reporting and open pit/underground contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology or related geo science.
• Minimum 12-15 years of progressive mineral resource estimation experience.
• Credentialed CP under JORC/SAMREC and QP under NI 43-101.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, peer review, and sign-off of Mineral Resource estimates.
• Oversee block model construction and resource classification.
• Ensure compliance with JORC/NI 43-101/SAMREC reporting.
