Job summary

SGS in Oman seeks a Project Services General Manager to lead the Project Services team, coordinating across multidisciplinary functions and maintaining project controls including cost, schedule, quality, performance and reporting. You will manage CAPEX budgets, forecasts and cash flow, ensuring delivery aligns with plans and HSSE standards.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Engineering and 12+ years in Oil & Gas, with at least 6 years in a managerial role. TA-2 experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years in Oil & Gas, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• Experience across operations, projects and Project Services roles.
• Desirable TA-2 level technical authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Services team and coordinate across functions.
• Establish and maintain project controls: cost, schedule, quality, reporting.
• Develop annual delivery plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage CAPEX budgets, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts and cost control.
• Provide KPIs, dashboards, and management reports; oversee risks and changes.
