We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee contractor operations at a global refinery and petrochemical complex in Omán. The role emphasizes planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will coordinate internal resources and vendors, manage risks and changes, monitor performance, control costs, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15 years of total professional experience.
• 7 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience in project risk management.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of plant engineering operations and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• PMP or another relevant certification is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
