Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
  • Strong background in contractor management, project execution, construction planning, and site leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable: TA-2 certification and purchasing/supply credentials.

Description

Lead and manage all construction activities from planning through commissioning and project handover. Develop construction execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Direct and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams. Provide construction input during engineering, procurement, and project planning phases. Oversee site construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality requirements, and industry best practices. Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and performance targets. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful delivery. Manage construction interfaces between engineering, procurement, logistics, and project teams. Supervise offsite fabrication, transportation, and installation activities where applicable. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and progress. Review contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are achieved. Lead constructability reviews, construction readiness assessments, and project execution reviews. Provide regular project reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Build and lead high-performing teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through commissioning and handover. Strong background in contractor management, project execution, construction planning, and site leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, risks, and project schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional Certification in purchasing / supply from world recognised associations is desirable. Candidates with experience in large industrial facilities, major infrastructure developments, energy projects, manufacturing plants, or EPC environments are highly encouraged to apply. Desired Qualifications: Technical Authority Level 2 (TA-2) Advanced degree or qualification in construction management is highly desirable. Professional Certification in purchasing / supply from world recognised associations is desirable. Demonstrated experience in the execution, engineering, construction, commissioning, or management of major industrial projects, preferably within the Oil & Gas, or energy sector
