Job summary

Retal Urban Development Company is seeking a Senior Design Delivery Director to lead cross-disciplinary design teams across a portfolio of large developments. You will oversee concept through construction, driving value, quality, and sustainability while coordinating with executives, consultants, and stakeholders.

This role requires 15+ years in architectural design and design management, with strong leadership in complex projects and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in architectural design, design management, and project delivery.
• 8–10 years in senior leadership overseeing large-scale development projects and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Proven track record delivering major residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, or master-planned communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern end-to-end design delivery across multiple large-scale developments.
• Direct the design execution across projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and schedules.
• Establish design governance, review processes, and quality assurance across all stages.
