Job summary

Oman Investment Authority invites applications for Manager PdM to lead the predictive maintenance program for rotating equipment in Oman. You will coordinate a dedicated team and serve as the technical services focal point to maintain asset reliability and plant efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in PdM, CMMS/SAP-PM, and vibration analysis, with experience in the oil and gas sector. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE and project teams to achieve operational

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic desirable.
8+ years in refinery/petrochemical plant maintenance; 4+ years in a similar PdM/lead role.
Experience in Predictive Maintenance for rotating equipment assets.

Responsibilities

Lead PdM program development and execution for rotating equipment.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, TS and HSE for aligned action plans.
Review and optimize maintenance processes, ensuring risk mitigation of failures.
Provide engineering solutions for rotating equipment problems.
Develop and deliver technical training for engineers and supervisors.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement of reliability programs.
