Job summary

OQ in Oman seeks a senior Reliability and PdM engineer to lead the maintenance strategy for rotating equipment and supervise a technical team. You will coordinate PdM programs, implement predictive techniques, and drive reliability improvements across refinery assets.

• Lead PdM works and supervise the designated team asTechnical Service provider for PdM and minor projects.
• Coordinate reliability improvement initiatives to maintain rotating equipment integrity.
• Analyse reliability data and drive improvements in site maintenance strategies.
• Develop lifecycle management plans for major process machinery and forecast capital/maintenance needs.
• Provide input on capital projects and support maintenance operations, engineering and procurement.
