Job summary

Case in Point Consulting seeks a Senior Technical & Projects Manager for a 6-month engagement in Duqm, Oman. On-site role with travel to Muscat as needed, requiring 12+ years of port development and operations experience and fluency in English.

You will lead the technical roadmap, manage feasibility studies, coordinate procurement and contractor oversight, and work with investors to shape commercial strategies and delivery timetables.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in port development, operations and project delivery.
• On-site in Duqm with travel to Muscat as required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Head the integrated technical and development programme for the port.
• Oversee feasibility, procurement, commissioning and handover of infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with investors, third parties and authorities, supporting pricing and negotiations.
