Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks a seasoned Port Development & Engineering supervisor for Ash Shuwaymiyyah site-based civil and marine works, including breakwater, dredging, jetty, and yard development. Lead design review, supervision, and coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 10+ years in civil/marine infra, a civil engineering degree, and preferably PM certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
• Recognized PM certification preferred (PMP/IPMA).
• Minimum 10+ years in Civil/Marine infra projects.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and coordinate approvals with consultants and contractors.
• Supervise and inspect materials, workmanship, and completed works to meet specs.
• Prepare progress reports and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Coordinate with planning to establish schedules and milestones.
• Ensure QA/QHSE compliance and proper handover of civil/marine works.
