Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of management consulting experience with operating models, PMI, governance or transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale multinational consulting initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model and organization design engagements for diverse entities.
• Assess current-state structures and design future-state governance and workflows.
• Develop standardized frameworks and tools for org design projects.
• Provide executive advisory on strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and decision-making at executive levels.
