Job summary

Experience is seeking a seasoned Project Services leader to drive multi-disciplinary coordination and establish robust project controls across cost, schedule, quality and reporting. You will develop annual delivery plans, manage CAPEX budgets and forecasts, and monitor performance with KPIs and dashboards.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and hands-on oversight of documentation, handover and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years in Oil & Gas, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• Experience across operations, engineering, projects and Project Services.
• Strong brownfield project controls, cost & schedule management, reporting, handover and close-out.
• Experience in document/drawing and data management and handover.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching with diverse teams.
• Experience in execution, engineering, construction, commissioning or management of major industrial projects, preferably Oil & Gas or energy.

Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• BSc in Engineering Science or equivalent.
• Preferably certified as a Project Services Manager or equivalent .
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry , including at least 6 years in a managerial position .
• Experience across operations, engineering, projects, and Project Services roles.
• Strong experience in brownfield project controls, cost and schedule management, reporting, handover, and close-out .
• Experience in document/drawing and data management and handover .
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience with diverse teams.

• Technical Authority Level 2 (TA-2) is desirable.
