Build the mobile apps millions of citizens carry, native quality on iOS and Android from one React Native codebase, secure, offline capable, and fluent in RTL Arabic right to left.

RQMNA builds the sovereign platforms that put government and enterprise services directly in millions of people's hands.

We are hiring a Senior Mobile Developer, on site in Muscat, to own the mobile apps a nation uses to reach its government.

What you'll do: Build and own the React Native apps that bring a national platform to every citizen's phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build production mobile apps for iOS and Android from a single React Native codebase, in the bare workflow
• Write native modules in Swift and Kotlin where the app needs to reach beyond the JavaScript layer
• Engineer for offline first use, secure on device storage, and reliable sync over poor networks
• Integrate citizen authentication, biometrics, and push notifications, tied to the platform's identity
• Build a fully bilingual experience, with first class Arabic right to left layout and typography
• Harden the apps with certificate pinning, secure storage, and mobile app shielding for sensitive citizen data
• Own mobile CI/CD, automated testing, and release to the app stores and enterprise distribution
• Meet accessibility standards (WCAG), tune performance to a native feel, and mentor mobile engineers

• You own the release pipeline, from CI/CD to store submission, and you keep quality high
