Job summary

JASARA PMC seeks a Project Management Specialist to drive execution of strategic initiatives and align projects with organizational goals. You will lead diverse infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years in project management for infrastructure or construction, with strong communication and leadership skills. PMP is highly desirable and mentorship of junior staff is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
10+ years of project management experience, infrastructure or construction focus.
Proficient with MS Project and Primavera (or equivalent).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proven leadership and ability to guide teams.
PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement detailed project plans with clear scope and deliverables.
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely task execution and milestones.
Assess risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders for transparency.
Use project management software to track progress and communicate with staff and executives.
Provide mentorship to junior PMs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout life cycles.
