Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP are advantageous.
• 10+ years of relevant procurement management experience on mega/large scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement legislation and practical application.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software such as Prism, SAP, Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement process from needs identification to supplier selection and contract management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that maximize value while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality outcomes.
• Analyze procurement trends and market conditions to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with project goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage risks to ensure contract compliance.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to contribute to department deliverables.
• Review bid tabulations and CAR in coordination with governance processes.
