Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across programs and projects aligned with Vision 2030. You will champion safety, lead a team of professionals, and implement risk frameworks while ensuring timely, data-driven risk reporting to executives.

Responsibilities include maintaining risk registers, dashboards, and reports; conducting risk assessments across planning, design, and execution phases; and coordinating with project teams to integrate risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• IRM Certified Risk Manager preferred; PMI-Risk Management Professional preferred.
• 10 years of experience in a Developer, Contractor or Consultant role.
• Experience in KSA/Middle East preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champions Safety First and enforces Stop Work authority.
• Leads and mentors junior staff to deliver department outputs.
• Implements risk management framework, templates, and processes.
• Maintains Risk Register, Risk Dashboard and ad hoc reports.
• Ensures risk data capture and conducts comprehensive risk assessments.
