Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• 15+ years of construction management experience on large-scale residential, infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
• Strong budget tracking, cost control and quality assurance across delivery.
• Solid understanding of HSE compliance and contractor performance management.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.

As Construction Manager (Infrastructure), you will help drive successful construction delivery by working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on execution, coordination, and project performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities across infrastructure and mixed-use development sites
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project delivery schedules
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction execution
• Track progress, budgets, and risks and report updates to the Project Director
• Support stakeholder coordination for large-scale residential and community infrastructure works

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of construction management experience, including work on large-scale residential infrastructure, mixed-use developments, roads and utilities, or broader community infrastructure projects
• Strong experience with budget tracking, cost control, and quality assurance across construction delivery
• Solid understanding of HSE compliance, contractor performance management, and progress reporting to the Project Director
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary stakeholder teams
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer
• Experience with risk management is a plus
