Job summary

Rimal Global Technical Services in Oman seeks a Project HSE Lead to act as the focal point for all Health, Safety and Environmental matters on the fabrication yard. You will ensure full compliance with QE/Aramco standards, local regulations, and the CONTRACTOR HSE Management System to support safe project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in heavy fabrication yards, oil & gas, offshore structures, or EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of HSE plans and emergency plans aligning with COMPANY standards.
• Provide expert advice on HSE issues and risk controls to project management, construction managers and supervisors.
• Monitor, audit and report on HSE performance, including weekly COMPANY reports.
• Facilitate HSE training, awareness programs and competency development for yard personnel.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions; identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
• Address COMPANY observations promptly and support third-party/client audits.
