Job summary

NES Fircroft on site in Oman requires an experienced HSE lead for industrial construction and renewables projects. You will act as the HSE authority, develop project HSE plans, and drive emergency preparedness and response.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards, lead investigations, audits, and safety campaigns, and monitor contractor performance to enforce corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years HSE experience in industrial construction
• Minimum 5 years in renewable energy or renewables projects
• Experience on projects above 300 MW
• Experience supporting WTG installation, heavy lifting, commissioning and energization

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site HSE authority and develop project HSE plans and emergency response plans
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements and international standards
• Lead incident investigations, audits, inspections and safety campaigns
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented
