Job summary

Marmul Falcon is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen its HR policies, procedures, and systems across the organization in Muscat, Oman. The role focuses on SOP development, compliance, and effective HR operations.

You will oversee recruitment, payroll coordination, and workforce management while ensuring adherence to Oman Labour Law and Ministry regulations. A strong leader will guide the HR team and partner with management on HR matters.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing HR SOPs and policies.
• Strong knowledge of Oman Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in oil & gas, EPC, construction, or contracting is highly preferred.
• Excellent HR documentation, process improvement, employee relations and workforce management.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Professional HR qualifications such as CIPD or SHRM will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement HR SOPs, policies, and employee handbooks.
• Establish clear HR workflows, approval matrices, and internal controls.
• Manage recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and applicable Ministry of Labour regulations.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll coordination.
• Standardize HR processes across head office and project sites.
• Monitor HR performance, maintain compliance documentation, and support internal audits.
• Lead, guide, and develop the HR team while advising management on HR matters.
