Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Site Supervisor for offshore construction to oversee day-to-day fabrication yard activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, procedures and safety standards. The role focuses on structural fabrication, fit-up and welding, module erection and pre-commissioning.

You will coordinate planning, material and manpower, monitor productivity, and drive quality and safety compliance through QA/QC inspections and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fabrication yard activities: structural fabrication, fit-up and welding, assembly and erection of modules.
• Oversee outfitting and pre-commissioning activities.
• Ensure work is executed per approved drawings and procedures.
• Coordinate with planning team to execute work as per schedule.
• Ensure drawings, materials, manpower and equipment are available.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans.
• Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure safe working practices and report incidents.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and clearances.
• Address quality issues and ensure rectification.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and conduct toolbox talks.
