• Supervise day-to-day fabrication yard activities including structural fabrication, fit-up and welding.
• Coordinate with planning team to execute work as per schedule.
• Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure fabrication activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and procedures.

Job description

Construction Execution

• Supervise day‑to‑day fabrication yard activities including structural fabrication, fit‑up and welding, assembly and erection of modules jackets, outfitting and pre‑commissioning activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and procedures.

Planning and Work Coordination

• Coordinate with planning team to execute work as per schedule.
• Ensure availability of drawings, latest revisions, materials, manpower and equipment.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans.

Productivity and Resource Management

• Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure efficient deployment of manpower, tools and equipment.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks affecting progress.

Quality Compliance

• Ensure fabrication activities comply with project specifications, approved WPS, PQR, QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and clearances.
• Address quality issues and ensure rectification.

Safety Management

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Ensure safe working practices in all yard activities such as lifting, welding and blasting.
• Report and manage incidents and near misses.
