Job summary

Client of Angel Gulf Jobs is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee structural steel fabrication and erection activities on major projects in Oman. The role requires coordinating diverse site teams ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications.

You will monitor safety, quality, and progress, allocate daily tasks, and liaise with engineers and supervisors to drive timely completion while maintaining standards and productivity.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma or equivalent in fabrication, mechanical or civil engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or erection, with supervision.
• Strong knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication and erection processes.
• Familiar with construction safety standards and site management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural steel fabrication and erection activities.
• Allocate work and manage daily site operations.
• Read and interpret structural drawings and ensure work meets specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety and project progress.
