Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr Test Engineer to own dynamometer test operations at AMP-2, building dyno infrastructure from commissioning to SOP. You will ensure test integrity, correlation, and productivity through disciplined change control and cross-functional problem solving.

The role covers dyno operations, efficiency mapping, and instrumentation, with a focus on safety, data quality, and readiness for high-volume launches in a fast-paced greenfield environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years in dyno test engineering (EV/auto).
• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Experience with commissioning, FAT/SAT, and launch readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Own dyno stations operations and test cycles.
• Maintain dyno readiness and safety compliance.
• Lead efficiency mapping across torque/speed envelope.
• Ensure data integrity and instrumentation calibration.
• Support TPM deployment and maintenance strategies.
• Contribute to launch readiness reviews and QRQC escalations.
