OQ Exploration & Production seeks a senior professional to act as the SME for enterprise performance management and reporting within Corporate Planning & Performance. The role designs, governs and improves the performance-reporting framework, KPI architecture and management-information standards to deliver accurate, timely and decision-useful insights to the Executive Leadership Team and governance forums.

The position leads advanced variance analysis, challenges explanations, and advises

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise performance reporting or FP&A.
• Proven ability to design and govern KPI architectures for large organisations.
• Strong skills in variance analysis, management commentary and executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical authority on enterprise performance management, reporting and KPI governance.
• Design and continuously improve the performance-reporting framework, calendars, standards and governance.
• Own the corporate KPI architecture: definitions, calculations, thresholds and data sources.
• Lead variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and drivers.
• Advise senior management on insights, risks and corrective actions.
• Prepare executive performance reports and dashboards for governance forums.
• Ensure data integrity, audit trails and readiness for internal/external reviews.
