• Minimum 8 years in enterprise performance reporting, FP&A or related finance disciplines.
• Experience designing and governing KPI architectures in large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, forecasts and latest estimates with governance.

Aufgaben

• Act as technical authority on enterprise performance management and KPI governance.
• Design and improve the performance-reporting framework and calendars.
• Own the KPI architecture: definitions, calculations, sources, and evidence requirements.
• Lead variance analysis and challenge explanations to ensure accurate narratives.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for governance forums.
