Job summary

Hassan Allam Holding seeks a skilled Document Control Specialist in Muscat, Oman to implement and maintain document control processes, ensure distribution of latest approved documents and drawings, and support project teams with timely retrieval.

The role requires Omani nationality, a BSc in IT or Engineering, and at least 3 years in document control, preferably on EPC projects; overseas experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Omani nationality.
• BSc degree in information technology or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years diversified experience in document control, preferably in EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement processes related to document control and management.
• Independently perform day-to-day document control activities.
• Copy, scan, and store documents.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Log document requests and assist retrieval for employees.
• Distribute latest approved documents and drawings to staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution.
• File documents in physical and digital records.
• Follow HAC Document Control Policies and related HSE, Quality, and Information Security policies.
