Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / IT Engineering.
• Certifications in CCNA, Microsoft Certified, VMware Certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complete IT infrastructure setup (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux).
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Group Policies.
• Configure and maintain firewall, VPN, and network security.
• Setup and manage email systems (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
• Implement data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Configure NAS/SAN storage and monitor capacity.
• Setup CCTV systems, NVR, and power backup coordination.
• Install and manage printers, scanners, and biometric systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and server issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and AMC management.
• Ensure IT security compliance and regular patch updates.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
